Welcome to Villa Verano, a private modern jungle home designed for comfort, flow, and easy living.

This newly built villa features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully laid out for both privacy and functionality. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with both a soaking tub and shower, creating a calm, spa-like retreat with views into the garden. The second bedroom is bright and minimal, with easy access to a separate full bathroom located just off the main living area.

The open concept living space connects seamlessly to the outdoors through floor to ceiling glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island that doubles as a dining and gathering space, perfect for cooking, working, or hosting. The living area is simple and comfortable, with a pullout sofa that can accommodate one additional guest, bringing the total capacity to five.

Outside, the home opens to a fully fenced private garden surrounded by greenery. The pool sits just steps from the terrace, ideal for cooling off throughout the day. A covered outdoor dining area with ceiling fans allows you to enjoy meals, coffee, or work sessions while staying shaded and comfortable.
