RISEcaribe was recommended to me by a friend in the Cahuita area for my real estate needs. I found the office in Viejo very easy to find, which is a rarity in Costa Rica😄. The office staff was more than helpful and attentive to my requests and even thought it was best that I dealt directly with the owner Joe. After a quick phone message and a email explaining what I needed he got right back to me and started our project. I will admit that this project was a little out of the box but he worked very hard on getting it accomplished for me. I am sure that I will use them for all my real estate projects and will highly recommend them to anyone interested in anything to do with real estate in Costa Rica. We used in RISE Caribe for our most recent vacation rental, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. They found us a private chef, an amazing tour guide in Fabian, and even went so far as to leave a birthday cake for my girlfriend who was celebrating on this trip. If you want the best service in the area, definitely use them.

My husband and I worked with Rise to find our dream home in Puerto Viejo. We met with other real estate companies but Rise was the only one to listen to our needs and follow up with amazing homes to tour. They also continuously give back to the community through their foundation, which is very important.
Our realty agent was Claudia, and she was a joy to work with! The purchase process with Rise was seamless and very professional. We have since recommended them to our friends since we believe Rise is the best realtor in Puerto Viejo.

We have had an amazing experience with RISE from the beginning to... a new beginning. PV is such a great little town -- so laid back and comfortable. It was the first place I ever visited in CR, some 25 years ago, and it has kept its charm. We love the more humid climate of the Caribbean side, the 'less travelled' feeling. And the people! So on our last visit, and out of curiosity only, we contacted RISE. Shevonne knew we were just "kind of looking" but still put in a lot of effort to set up a tour of showings on short notice. She drove us around to a number of very different places within our price range -- we felt like we were on house hunters international! Such a fun day! One of us was a little more keen than the other to make the dive and Shevonne was so, so, so patient with our indecision. Yes, no, maybe, wait, yes!!! Then she helped us IMMENSELY with the purchase from Canada. It was a different experience than purchasing a property in Canada, but RISE helped us navigate and has made the whole thing so much less stressful than it could have been. And now we are so happy to have them down there to look after our little piece of paradise. I can't say enough great things about Shevonne and her team. Just amazing! Pura Vida!

Rise Puerto Viejo provides excellent service! We came into the meeting with Shevonne not expecting to be surprised as we've already been looking through a number of lots in the area. Shevonne listened to all of our needs and provided a selection that fit our budget. Further more, the service with purchasing land and getting all the paperwork done was seamless and done online!

The RISE team is, without question, the best you’ll find in Puerto Viejo. We hired them to help with managing our Airbnb after several previous challenging experiences; and it was an IMMEDIATE change on all levels: from helping us with bookings, maintenance, managing staff, and welcoming clients...every single thing has been top notch. We live in the US, and are able to relax being so far away, thanks to the deep trust we have with RISE.
