The space
Casa Nova is a thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that blends clean modern lines with the surrounding jungle.

The layout is simple and intentional, with all spaces flowing toward the pool and outdoor living area. The home sits on a large private lot with both a front and backyard, giving you room to spread out, relax, or entertain without feeling boxed in.

The main living area opens fully on both sides with large sliding glass doors, allowing for true cross breeze ventilation. You can keep everything open and live with the jungle, or close it up and enjoy full air conditioning throughout.

High speed wifi makes it easy to work remotely or stream without interruption.

The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays or proper cooking. You will find a full size refrigerator, oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware, utensils, and all the basics needed to prepare meals comfortably.
