They’ve installed an eco-tank septic system with a grease trap, clean outs and venting, all with lids. It has a large leach field with Geo tech installed. A 1/2 water pump installed with a thermal solutions filtration system with both fiber and carbon filtration system throughout the whole house. This a SIPS (structurally insulated panel) house, considered very energy efficient and eco-friendly. It has vinyl windows with 3/8″ bronze glass, screens, double locks, and external 5″ moldings around the windows and doors. Stanley exterior doors with Yale locks and dead bolts.
